How long will it take for you to reply to my email?

Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST with the exception of major U.S. Holidays.

Business or sales related emails will be answered as soon as possible during the above listed hours in the order in which they were received.

For general customer service questions, please use the orange Contact Us submission button in the bottom right corner of the web page. We monitor those submissions weekends and evenings as well and will respond to them outside of business hours as we are able.

I left a voicemail message, how long will it take for you to return my call?
  We have LIVE people available to answer your call Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST. We don't put any of our calls on hold for other callers, so if you call and you go to voice mail, we are on the phone with another person or have left our desk for a few minutes. Please leave us a message and we will get back to by no later than the next business day.

If you leave a message after business hours or on the weekend, we will return your call the next business day. Please leave your full name and phone number, including area code and the nature of your call. Please speak slowly and clearly.
