Time
Orders
generally are shipped the same business day, but by no later than
the next business day.
Signature
Waiver
We
do not request or require a signature for ground or rush shipments.
However, we cannot force the driver to leave your package if no
one is home. If you live in a relatively low crime area and the
risk is small, the driver will usually leave the package at your
door or other safe area, but it is solely up to your the driver's
discretion whether or not to leave your package.
Delivery on Weekends or Holidays
FedEx Ground packages are delivered to residential street addresses
on Saturdays, but not on Mondays or on holidays. Do not include
these days when estimating your expected delivery date.
Rush
shipments (except for USPS Express Mail) are not delivered on
Saturdays or on holidays. Do not include these days when estimating
your expected delivery date.
USPS Priority Mail and First-Class Mail packages are delivered
on Saturdays, but not on holidays. USPS Express Mail packages
are delivered on Saturdays and on holidays.
UPS
Ground delivers M-F, but not on Saturdays or holidays.
Military
Addresses
Orders
to military addresses are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. In addition
to the delivery time that it takes us to get it to the APO or
FPO by USPS Priority Mail (two or three days), you will have to
wait on the military to then deliver the package to you. This
could be days or weeks. Unfortunately, we cannot help speed up
this process. When indicating your shipping address, "APO" or
"FPO" will be your "City"; "AA", "AE" or "AP" will be your "State"
and your ZIP Code will begin with either 09, 34 or 96. The "Country"
field will automatically be filled in for you.
US

Ground Shipping
We
offer free ground shipping in the United States, to a military
APO/FPO address, to Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam
and any of the other U.S. protectorates.
Ground shipping usually takes 1-5 business days, depending on
your location. For shipments going to a military address, please read the additional information above.
Rush
Shipping Options
Fed-Ex Overnight
or 2-Day Service
If
you need your order even quicker than our free ground shipping
will get it to you, we offer the option of having your order delivered
by Fed-Ex Standard Overnight or 2-Day Service. Saturday is not a business
day for express deliveries so don't count a Saturday when calculating
your expected delivery date. Rush shipping charges are based on
the weight of your order. Our shopping cart will automatically
fill in the appropriate rush shipping charge for you.
USPS
Express Mail®
We
also offer the option of delivery by USPS Express Mail®, which
delivers on weekends and holidays for no additional charge. USPS
Express Mail® has guaranteed next-day delivery by noon to
major business markets and second-day delivery by 12 p.m. or 3
p.m. elsewhere and is delivered to many locations 365 days a year,
including weekends and holidays.
Shipping by USPS Express Mail® is based on the weight of your
order. Our shopping cart will automatically fill in the appropriate
USPS Express Mail® charge for you.
International
Shipping Rates and Information
International
orders are shipped by either USPS Priority Mail International or USPS First-Class Mail International, depending on the weight of your order. Shipping charges on international orders are based on the weight of your order. Our
shopping cart will automatically fill in the correct international
postage required to send your order to you. USPS Priority Mail International
usually takes anywhere between 6-10 days to be delivered. The time for USPS First-Class Mail International orders depends upon your location. Please
note that this time period does not include any time that your
order may be held in customs.
Customs
charges and/or duty tax may be assessed by certain countries.
You are responsible for any duties or taxes that apply to your
order. We do not collect any duties or taxes from you and do not
know what the amount of these duties or taxes are, if any. Please
check with your country's taxing authority and customs office.
Customs
may open and go through your parcel and sift through its contents.
In addition, customs authorities may charge you a tax and/or duty
on your shipment. This amount will be collected in addition to
the purchase price you have paid us for your order.

below to determine how much our purchase price is in your country's
