Please send your belly cast or decorated belly pictures to us in either .gif or .jpg format. You can also send your picture by snail mail to ProudBody, Inc., PO Box 363, Pine, CO 80470.

As a thank-you gift for submitting your photo, we will send you a free award-winning lullaby CD (valued at $13.00) for your family to enjoy. When you submit your photo, please provide the address where you would like your CD to be sent.

Submission Guidelines
By submitting the photo, you agree to the following:
 
1. A ProudBody kit was used in making either the belly cast or decorating the belly displayed in the picture submitted.
 
2.  I am the owner of the photo and hold all legal rights to submit the photo to ProudBody. I have received any and all required permissions from the model with respect to the photo. If the photo I am submitting is of an adult, I have the adult's permission to submit this photo to ProudBody. If the photo is of a child, I have both the permission of the child AND the adult guardian to submit this photo to ProudBody. If I am not the artist, I have formal permission from the artist regarding the photo. If I am the photographer, I give ProudBody the rights to use this photo. If I am not the photographer, I have secured the rights from the photographer regarding the submission of the photo to ProudBody.
 
3. Upon submission of the photo to ProudBody, I give ProudBody the unrestricted right to reproduce, use, exhibit, display and create derivative works of this photo for use in its business.
