I purchased a baby safe ink pad that arrived too dry to use. I emailed customer service and received a prompt reply that a new ink pad was on the way along with an apology for any inconvenience. I am very pleased with the level of customer service I received and will shop here again because of it.

I was so disappointed to hear that hospitals no longer allow you to stamp the baby's hand after birth like they do the foot so you can imagine how overjoyed I was to find that Proudbody sells baby safe inkpads! I can't wait to track my little one's first year in foot and hand prints!
